Returns:
You will most likely be more than satisfied after using ViTA products for the first time and especially after you start seeing the results of ViTA’s super plant derived formulas within a few days. But, if for any reason you find yourself unhappy with ViTA’s results, please email iLOVEViTA@ViTA.world detailing your ViTA experience and a team member will attempt to assist you within 48 hours. Please note that due to the unique nature of ViTA’s formulas, returns (minus shipping and handling) are limited to within 10 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping items equaling over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ViTA cannot guarantee that your returned item will arrive back to us safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, ViTA will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has arrived and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund due to the condition of your return. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately. In some cases, refunds are issued as store-credit or exchanges due to the unique formulations of our products. If a refund is authorized, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Gift Returns:
If the item you are returning was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the full value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, ViTA will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
