LABELS
It is extremely important to ViTA that the manufacturing partners are as responsible and sustainable as possible, even down to the small details such as the product labels. ViTA insists upon non-toxic ink and labels that separate from ViTA packaging so that they enter the recycling stream of mainstream recycling facilities, without the need for rarely available technology (unfortunately, there are many companies that use recyclable bottles that end up in landfills or, even worse, in the oceans due to inseparable labels).
ViTA's label manufacturers received several quality awards and certifications throughout the years and one the key reasons that ViTA chose them is they are a solvent-free facility meaning they use no solvents in the cleaning of their printing plates and equipment and all the water used to clean the plates and equipment is then used as “grey water” to water the facilities gardens.
