AYURVEDA'S SECRET WEAPON
Ayurveda, also known as The Science of Life, is a form of alternative medicine which began with the ancient Indian seers and seeks to integrate body, mind and spirit using a holistic approach that combines herbal remedies with meditation and exercise.
